King's College London was founded by King George IV and the Duke of Wellington (then Prime Minister) in 1829 as a university college in the tradition of the Church of England. It now welcomes staff and students of all faiths and beliefs.
King's professors played a major part in nineteenth-century science and in extending higher education to women and working men through evening classes. The university has grown and developed through mergers with several institutions each with their own distinguished histories. It has many departments spread across key sites in London and beyond.
King's College London have time sensitive updates to their applications and users. These have to happen outside of term time with all updates verified before students return for exams and terms start. Kings needed extra capacity to ensure the applications were delivered on time without delay. Kings needed to work with a company that offered services 'On Demand' without getting into lengthy contracts.
APPtechnology were engaged to provide on demand packaging services. Kings didn't need the lengthy engagement time or complications of outsourcing. Our packaging team mobilised the service within 2 days validating all packaging documentation and standards to best practices and received the first application within 48 hours
All applications were packaged, quality assured and returned within just 4 days for a fixed price. All packages were correct avoiding any repackaging work. Mobilisation ensured that packaging standards were identical between Kings Packaging team and our offsite team so every application matched strict standards.
"With excellent Pre-Sales diligence, APPtechnology's senior management have consistently ensured that their services are exactly matched to our requirements."
